Help


The Help title in the menu bar allows you to easily open the Cabinet Solutions Help files. There are various places around in Cabinet Solutions that have a HELP button that link to corresponding sections of this help file.

This menu contains this help file (named Contextual), a search option for searching the help file, the Tip of the Day which appears at the bottom of the Job Information Window, Email Support, Online Support, Remote Support and About Cabinet Solutions.

Email Support

This option opens up an email client (if one is installed) that has identifying information, such as Company Name and Machine ID Number. Just add in the information that need is helped on and the email will be answered as soon as possible.

Online Support

This option opens our website at https://www.cabinetsolutions.net/support/. The website has different information on it, such as "How To Manuals" and our "Keyboard Shortcut List" which includes a list of different shortcut keys to help navigate all Cabinet Solutions products (The Designer, Workshop (CNC Version Only), and the Tour).

Remote Support

Cabinet Solutions includes a small program that allows Technical Support to remotely access the computer but only while this Remote Support program is running and only if access is granted by giving Technical Support the number that is randomly generated each time the program is opened.
