When EnRoute is selected in the Output tab of the Options section of the Tools menu, this section displays all of the tools that are listed in the Tool Library in EnRoute. By default all of the tools are selected which means all tools can be used in the Workshop. However most of the tools that are listed most likely will never be used in cabinet making, they can be de-selected. 

This DOES NOT delete the tools from EnRoute, but it will not display them as a selectable tool option in the Workshop.
