Getting Codes Online
- Getting codes extremely easy. YOU MUST HAVE ACCESS TO THE INTERNET ON THE COMPUTER THAT CABINET SOLUTIONS IS INSTALLED ON TO GET YOUR CODES.
- You must also be registered on the Cabinet Solutions website. If you are not, please contact Technical Support for assistance.
- Open Cabinet Solutions from your desktop.
- Click on Get Codes.
- Make sure your email address and password are in place and click Send Code Request.

NOTES:
PovRay 3.1g is the latest version that is compatible with Cabinet Solutions Designer.
Minimum System Requirements
- Windows 7 (SP1+) (WINDOWS 10 CANNOT BE WINDOWS 10 S. IT MUST BE THE NORMAL WINDOWS 10 INSTALL. Please see the Notes section for more information)
- Direct X10 (Shader model 4.0)
- RAM: 2GB (32-bit) / 4GB (64-bit)
- Screen Resolution: 1366 x 768
- MUST HAVE AN INTEL OR AMD PROCESSOR. Computers that use an ARM processor will not be able to run our software.
NOTES & WARNINGS:
- Customers Using Advanceware: Customers using Advanceware for creating door orders, please be advised; you cannot open Advanceware first before the Designer or the Designer will not open. You must open the Designer first and then you can use Advanceware. If the Designer is closed and Advanceware is still running, you must shut down down Advanceware before opening the Designer
- WINDOWS 10 AND 11 CUSTOMERS WITH WINDOWS S MODE: Cabinet Solutions will not work completely with Windows 10 S, even if S Mode is disabled. Windows 10 S is not supported at all. Windows 11 S mode SHOULD be ok with S mode completely disabled or removed, however it is still not supported with Windows 10 or 11 S mode.
- If you are using the antivirus software PC Matic, you will run into problems downloading Cabinet Solutions. Any other antivirus software on the market is recommended, but if you are still wanting to run PC Matic, you will need to pause your protection to download the Cabinet Solutions install file and install the software. If you have any issues with Cabinet Solutions not running correctly with PC Matic as your antivirus, you will need to contact their support to add Cabinet Solutions to their Whitelist as there is no other way. WE DO NOT SUPPORT PC MATIC.
- Windows Vista 64bit has a known printing issue with not only our software but any 32bit software installed on the machine. Click on this link to get directions for a possible work around.
- Does not work on Mac (It will run on Mac using a Windows emulator such as Virtual PC).
- VERSION 5.0 AND BELOW: If you upgrade to the newest version of the software, your jobs that were created in the older versions can not be converted or updated.
- VERSION 6.6 AND BELOW: If you are using the anti-spyware tools SPYSWEEPER or SPYWARE DOCTOR, please UNINSTALL THEM, as they can cause severe conflicts with our software. Systems that are using either one or both of these utilities and our software can not be supported.

VERSION 6.7.6 AND BELOW: Cabinet Solutions Help in Windows Vista and Windows 7 not working. When Microsoft made Vista, they stopped supporting the way we created our Help Files in previous versions. That also continued through to Windows 7. Below are links to the MicroSoft website for each version of Windows to download an update to fix that.
