This section creates a cutout that will be added to side panels for base and/or upper cabinets on being imported into the Workshop.

Add cutouts to all base cabinets on import: This sets up a Location, Size, and what panels it should be added to.

This is mainly for having side panels touch floors.

Add cutouts to all upper cabinets on import: This creates cutouts that are designed to be on the outside of cabinets to hang them.
