This feature allows the adjusting of material, unit by unit to fit dados as tight as possible, since Cabinet Solutions Design program rounds to the nearest 1/32", while the CNC Workshop rounds to 1 millionth of an inch. This option only allows a +/- .05" variance. If the thickness is changed to a number outside of that dimension, the window will display an error and ask that the material thickness be changed in Cabinet Solutions, and have the parts re-exported into the CNC Workshop.

Remember, this feature is designed to adjust only the width of the dado to allow material to fit correctly into the dado. This does not change part sizes.
