These instructions are for those who use Cabinet Solutions on a computer with Windows Vista 64-bit version. To find out if you are using 32-bit or 64-bit, click on the Windows Icon at the lower left hand bottom of your screen and in the field marked "Search", type in the command "winver" (do not include the quote marks) and press enter. This will tell you the version of Windows you are using.
As of Windows Vista, Microsoft has a feature built into it called Microsoft XPS Document Writer. Microsoft Vista and above can read XPS files as well. If you have Windows 10, you are able to print PDF files directly from Windows without a different program.
To set your printer to either one of these options, in Cabinet Solutions, click on Print, then Printer Settings. Make sure you change your printer back when you want to print back on paper.
